We understand that sometimes a client is unable to make a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, our policy states we require clients to cancel appointments within 24 hours of a scheduled visit.  Missing an appointment prevents us from giving you the care you need or from scheduling another client who needs care as well.

Please know that if you miss or cancel a scheduled appointment without notice, you will be invoiced a $25.00 fee (which must be paid before we schedule any future appointments).
